Amateur photographers only. No photos sold in the last year. Monroe County IL residents ONLY! You may enter a total of 4 photos Black/White or color photos. One photo per entry form. Photos must have been taken March 1, 2025 – March 10, 2026. [EXTENDED DEADLINE] All submissions are due by March 23, 2026.
