The community of Waterloo joins together to celebrate our sister city status with Porta Westfalica, Germany. Festivities start at 4pm and include a parade at 6pm followed by a music with the Busch Light Brigade, The Waterloo Municipal Band and ending with The Waterloo German Band.

An Evening family fun starting with the Bandroom Brass at 7pm, followed by the Kaskaskia Valley Barbershopper chorus at 7:30 and, ending with The Waterloo Municipal Band concert at 8pm. Bring your lawn chairs and enjoy a great evening of entertainment.
