Monroe Actors Stage Company presents “The Outsider” , a comedy about politics (but has very little to do with politics!) on Sunday afternoon, February 1 at 2:30 p.m. at the historic Capitol Theater in Waterloo. Tickets are $16 for General Admission and $14 for Students and for Seniors 55+.
