Join Monroe Actors Stage Company for the second weekend of the delightfully funny “Outside Mullingar”. Set in Ireland, the show features a cast of four and sets that will intrigue you. There might even be some Irish music! The final weekend of performances is November 21, 22, 23. Friday and Saturday performances are at 7:30 p.m. and the Sunday matinee is at 2:30 p.m. All performances take place at the historic Capitol Theater in Waterloo.
